Total biaya pembuatan Rp.50.000,-

How to open and replace Nouvo/Mio CVT Belt
Berikut cara penggantian belt CVT Yamaha Nouvo kepunyaan saya.
Buka semua baut-bautnya.
Open up.

Kill the hum
When i play with my guitar, i always hear some little noise or hum. I just want to kill that hum. My guitar is Ibanez RG 270 series, and doesn't have shielding on it's grounding. Now its time to shield and kill those noize..
No shield on pick-up cavity and wiring cavity
With aluminium foil, glue, and double side tape, shield them all..
of course, tremolo cavity and electronic cavity
Don't forget to connect them all with grounding point.

How to open engine center bolt
Center bolt, crankshaft bolt, or everything you named it. It's the hardest bolt on the engine.
Always painful when we want to open it. On my Suzuki G16A Workshop Book, it's have Tightening Torque around 130Nm which mean very hard to open.When your engine still mounted on engine bay, it's not very difficult to open. Just follow your manual. But if your engine is not on engine bay, you will cry for help. What if you want to open it by yourself ? without help from your friend ?.
I found the answer easily. Just mount your engine to your wall with bolt. and push your wrench hard..
Its the cheapest engine stand. Bolt is 10mm dynabolt. Use transmision bolt hole for pattern.

Reason for head job
I'll show you why i need head job a.k.a porting and polish for Suzuki G16 MPI 16V SOHC.
There is some rough casting on intake manifold, as engine need smooth air flow this should be removed.
and, there is distinct ridge on intake valve on transition between casting process and machining process.
exhaust manifold..
in chamber, there is manufacturing defect, can do nothing for this.
but for this can..
there is small area for unshrouding valve seat, it's dangerous as it can reduce compression ratio.
and some port matching.

Tracing ECU Pinout
When i have plan to swapping my Suzuki Vitara Carburetor Engine with EFI Engine, i need right ECU or Engine Control Unit. It's difficult to find Suzuki Vitara genuine ECU here. So i found closest alternative from Suzuki Baleno mk3, part number 33920-60GB1 . Both have same engine type, and same injector configuration. My engine is old version, it's have 2 injector on at once.
Main problem is, i didnt find any information about this ECU pinout. Tracing it one by one is almost impossible. With some guts, i try to open ECU casing, and found pinout label printed on pcb. And after comparing with several Suzuki Baleno Workshop Manual, i found each pinout function.
Show in picture
#I0 = Injector 3 & 4
ISC = IAC Valve
EGR = EGR Valve
OXH = Heated Oxygen Sensor
FP = Fuel Pump Relay
RFC = Radiator Fan Control Relay
GC = Blank
PSS = Power Steering Pressure Switch
STA = Starter Magnetic Switch
+B1 = Power Source
E1 = Ground
Next time i will post my homebrew ECU.
